Our terms regarding refunds, rescheduling, and cancellations for padel court bookings.

At Padelocity, we are committed to maintaining a fair and transparent booking experience for all our patrons. By completing a court reservation through our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
Cancellations submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session start time are eligible for a full refund (100%) of the amount paid.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellations submitted between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled session start time are eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the total booking amount.
The remaining 50% is retained by Padelocity as a late-cancellation fee to account for the loss of occupancy opportunity.
Cancellations submitted fewer than 12 hours before the scheduled session start time, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for any refund. The full booking amount will be forfeited.
Padelocity reserves the right to reclassify a booking as a no-show at the facility's discretion if the booking party does not arrive within a reasonable time of the session start.
All cancellation requests must be submitted through one of the following channels prior to the applicable deadline:
Cancellations are only valid upon written or digital confirmation from Padelocity. Verbal requests will not be accepted as formal cancellations.
Padelocity does not offer rescheduling as a substitute for cancellations. A cancellation and new booking must be made separately and will be treated according to the timelines defined above.
Padelocity recognises that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In cases of documented medical emergencies, we may, entirely at our discretion, offer credit toward a future booking. Such requests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the missed session and are subject to management review. No monetary refund will be issued under exceptional circumstances.
In the rare event that Padelocity must cancel a confirmed booking due to facility maintenance, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control, affected patrons will receive a full refund (100%) or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We will make all reasonable efforts to notify patrons at the earliest opportunity.
