A. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or by minors under the direct supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf. By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

B. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Platform solely for the purpose of browsing information about Padelocity's facilities and services, and for making lawful court reservations. Any use of the Platform for commercial resale of court time, unauthorised automated bookings, data scraping, or any activity that interferes with the Platform's operation is strictly prohibited.

C. Account Responsibility

If you create an account on the Platform, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Padelocity immediately of any unauthorised access or use of your account.

A. Booking Process

Court reservations are made through the Platform on a first-come, first-served basis. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of Padelocity's written or electronic confirmation and, where applicable, full payment.

B. Temporary Holds

Upon selecting a time slot, a temporary hold of limited duration may be placed on your behalf to allow you to complete the booking process. This hold is not a confirmed reservation. If the booking is not completed within the prescribed hold period, the slot will be automatically released and made available to other users. Padelocity bears no liability for slots released due to an expired hold.

C. Booking Accuracy

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all booking details, including the date, session duration, court selection, and contact information. Padelocity shall not be liable for any losses arising from errors or inaccuracies in the information you provide.

D. Session Durations

Public sessions are available in increments of 60 minutes, 90 minutes, and 120 minutes. All session times are calculated and confirmed by Padelocity's platform. The facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to maintenance schedules and management decisions.

E. Walk-In Bookings

Walk-in reservations may be accommodated subject to court availability at the time of arrival. Walk-in bookings are subject to the same Terms as online bookings.

A. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Platform are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Padelocity reserves the right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your booking shall be the price confirmed at the time your booking is completed.

B. Payment Methods

Padelocity currently supports payment via cash at the facility desk, and any additional payment methods as may be specified on the Platform from time to time. Bookings are subject to the payment terms communicated during the booking process.

C. Payment Processing

All payment transactions conducted through the Platform are processed securely. Padelocity does not store your full payment card details on its servers. You represent that you are the authorised holder of any payment instrument used to complete a booking on the Platform.

D. Failed Transactions

Padelocity shall not be responsible for any bank charges, declined transactions, or other fees imposed by your financial institution in connection with payment for a booking. In the event of a failed transaction, your slot reservation will not be confirmed until successful payment is received.

A. General Conduct

All users of the Padelocity facility are required to conduct themselves in a respectful, lawful, and courteous manner at all times. Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or disruptive to other patrons or staff will result in immediate removal from the premises and potential permanent banning from the facility without refund.

B. Court Usage

Users must use the courts only for the sport of padel or as otherwise directed by Padelocity management. Courts must be vacated promptly upon expiry of the booked session. Damage to equipment, courts, or facility property will be the financial responsibility of the booking party.

C. Health & Safety

All users must adhere to Padelocity's health and safety guidelines. Users participate in physical activity entirely at their own risk. Padelocity strongly recommends consulting a medical professional before engaging in strenuous physical exercise. Appropriate sports footwear is mandatory on all courts.

D. Minors

Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times while on the premises.

A. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Padelocity, its management, employees, and affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Personal injury sustained during participation in sport at the facility;
• Loss of or damage to personal property on the premises;
• Interruption of service, including court unavailability due to maintenance or circumstances beyond Padelocity's control;
• Errors, delays, or failures in the Platform or booking system.

B. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Padelocity and its management, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform or the facility, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

C. Force Majeure

Padelocity shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, utility failures, or pandemics.
